HELP!

thanks to michf98 for helping me solve this!!!!
i logged onto webkinz one day and the screen is SUPER wide! i cannot even see my dock or pet picture at the bottom! im wondering if there is some kind of new screen resalution or something! does anyone know how to get it back to normal size? if you could tell me that would be great! and the person that helps me would get a small gift! here is a picture of what my screen looks like, click it to see full size my screen resolution is the recomended size, and all the other screens are the same as they were! it might jsut be something iwth their site. does anyone know their email or phone number because all the stupid stuff in customer support is just “click here if you have problems with things stuck” and on the contact us page it says “we will read all of them, but will not reply” AH!!!!!!!

sweet heart don’t worry! it happend to me too!
ok at the top of your keyboard it will say F11 try that. and if that dosent work try F5 but try Fll first! hope it helps!

DONT KILL DA PANDA! i get so creeped out by everything like me and my friends saw this movie and it said you will die in seven days and all this scary stuff! and then one girl at the sleepover peed her pants and i feel bad we were all mean to her…OFF TOPIC SORRY!
